1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Digger Solo ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

2.1 Monthly Subscription - Personal

• Price: 4.90 EUR per month
• Includes: Access to the current version of the software
• Activation: 1 hardware-bound activation key
• Duration: 1 month, automatically renews unless cancelled

2.2 One-Time Payment - Ownership

• Price: 49 EUR
• Includes: Access to 12 months of updates (since purchase)
• Activation: 1 hardware-bound activation key
• Duration: ownership is forever

3. Activation and Hardware Binding

A purchase or subscription includes 1 activation key bound to specific hardware. Customers are responsible for managing their activation key. Lost or compromised keys will not be replaced free of charge.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are not possible after a product key has been activated.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

We only collect data necessary for subscription, updates and activation processes to verify your license. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal files or usage data - except error reports.

6. Limitations

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes
• Distribute or sell copies of the Software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sean Pedersen (trading as Digger Solo) be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Changes to Terms

Sean Pedersen (trading as Digger Solo) reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
